Normally I enjoy going to this cookout location. I was in the area and thought I would run through the drive through. I ordered a couple items and since I was heading back to Atlanta I ordered a large cup of ice. I was told it would be a 35 cent charge because it would be a large cup. I completely understood and pulled around to pay. When I arrived at the window the girl wasn't very friendly and when she gave me my ice it was in a medium cup. I asked if this was a large cup knowing the answer and she said yes and walked away. On a normal occasion I wouldn't say anything but since I received the option for a survey I figured I'd let you know. Considering this is a company with Christian values I would like to support, however, when and employee lies to you directly and then walks away, it's a little frustrating.

I went to grab some lunch today but I just really wasn't as hungry as I thought I was. Led to a crummy meal in my opinion, not because of of anything cookout did, just bc I wasn't really feeling the meal
