Steak 'n Shake

Service was slow but wonderful. Food was good as usual but the buns were too toasted/crunchy.

Food was great. Our waitress seemed very uninterested almost to the point of being unfriendly throughout the service. Also service was incredibly slow. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food.

Way too greasy! Taste is great, but would be better without as much butter and grease. Shakes are ok.

I like the food and shakes at steak and shake. However I am very disappointed on I wanna say my last 4-5 visits. Mainly due to slow service and having to ask repeatedly for items they forget to bring. I have to ask for napkins every single time and side items like soup or cheese cups never come when they bring my food. I end up having to remind them. I always say I'm never going back but my kids love it there so I suck it up and every time I end up regretting it. It's not just for this locations either it's been several different locations.

Slow service and they gave us a wrong burger. The fries were lousy.
