Steak 'n Shake

They had no bake beans and waitress didn't seem to be to apologetic or offer alternatives

It's okay

I waited in line for over 30 minutes and when i was finally given my food my shake was melted and I got the wrong sandwich... A quick stop took over 40 minutes total!

Service was very slow took over 30min to get food and they weren't busy at all

Too crowded

The manager pulled a waitress to reprimand her in the middle of the dining room, and then he told our waitress that he would talk to her later because she would tell the truth. Our food order was wrong twice, and then our check wasn't in the computer system so we had to wait to have it all rung up again. The whole time the manager was stressing everyone out and poorly managing his staff. He knew we had all this issues and didn't offer so much as an apology or acknowledgement. Very bad experience.
