First time I have ever went to Steak 'n Shake , it was ok, but nothing special. Staff was nice but took forever to get our shakes. Just not for me

For the price the food is worth it. I just wish the waiter would have been more attentive.

Food was good.

Service was slow. Waitress seemed out of it. Good took forever to arrive. Order was wrong. Shake had no flavor. Manager was not management material. Just not a good experience.
