Red Robin

The food was okay, I was disappointed with the garlic fries. It was like they made the regular fries and then threw a bunch of garlic salt and cheese on top. The fries weren't even warm enough for the cheese to be melted and there was way too much garlic salt. Glad my purple lemonade was good.

Worst experience I've had at red robin.

Had issues with their electronic check out and rewards program. Took managers 15 min to try and figure it out. Unit said our meal was $0 because of rewards. Manager said different and never came to our table. After having to wait so long I just paid the bill so we could go. A good manager would have just comped our meal to insure we were well taken care of and would return.

Horrible.
