They fries were fresh and hot but the chicken was not. I thought i was waiting for the chicken to cook for how long I had to wait. It wasn't even warm..needless to say I spent $7.31 on a drink and fries cuz. I didn't eat the chicken. Not coming back to this location.

I ordered 2 milkshakes. They have only 1 size which is much larger than I wanted & they cost $8.72. Seemed a bit high. The vanilla tasted bland & had large chunks of ice in it. Service was so slow. Very disappointed &! Will not return

They were not very good. I ordered a cranberry pecan chicken salad and received a salad with no cranberries or pecans.

My order was wrong...again. I love back yard burger but 3 out of 5 times my order has been wrong.
