compared to the 1st one we ate this was terrible! the burger's meat (on both of our burgers) was cold! I will never go to that one again. I am hoping that the excellent food I got at the 1st one was not a fluke.

It was 85 degrees outside today and there was no AC in Culver's. What's more, the teens who work there are sullen and they forgot to give us one of the shakes that we paid for and then argued about it when I pointed out the mistake as evidenced by my receipt.

I was overcharged by $7 for my order and the cashier didn't know how to refund me so she said"it's not very much money anyway, you could just let it go". A manager had to correct the bill. Then one of the shakes was wrong and only half filled and two of our fish meals were missing tartar sauce.
