Yummy shake

I wanted a milkshake and fries. the shake was delicious but tge fries were not hot and they tasted old.

The food was very good. The power went out but the waitress still made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything and made sure we were okay.

The drive thru was so slow you could put the car in park and sit for another 10 min

The service was very slow and the fries were very cold

food was good, price is good, staff was OK.

over all experience, was great i will return to stake and shake in the near future, and the staff was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable and was well taking care of... two thumbs up for the workers that work on friday morning there service is great

Always great tasting food and for a good price. The server just mixes up our orders sometimes.

we decided to have steak and shake for dinner because it's a good value and all my kids will eat something there. our waitress was nice enough but very slow, and didn't make sure our food came out correctly. my husband had ordered seasoned fries and they weren't seasoned. she did offer to take them back. Also I ordered my son a hamburger and it came out with cheese. she did take it back and quickly brought one out without cheese, and we ordered extra fries which we had to ask for. Also when she asked us how we were doing my husband said something and she just turned and walked away. No personality at all. The food was good though.
