I love culvers food. The food was tasty and arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but the kid taking our order must have been training. The crew leader who was training him wasn't really paying attention to help when things got more complicated than he could handle.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line while 6 cars behind us had already gotten their order. My husband finally decided to go in and see what was taking so long and they said they had lost our order. So we had to wait longer while they filled our order.
