last two visits they haven't had items they stock in the store. they tried to order it online but online price was higher w/o shipping by 3 dollars. screw that

We had to wait way too long to get someone to help us with saltwater fish, employee that was in fish area left to go help out with dog adoptions and saw us come back, never greeted us or asked if we needed help, then left...I wound up having to go find him and he acted upset for me letting him know we needed to get a saltwater fish when he had a second, then another lady jumped in to help. She was nice, & did help us. It was probably not her area, as the guy, who was there has been there before when we went in the past had left. Although I really appreciated her, I didn't like that we had to go get help and were there almost 15 minutes before having to get someone, we tried giving him benefit of the doubt, knowing it was busy, he knew we were there, saw us looking and just walked off and didn't at least say he'd get someone to help us if he couldn't. Or didn't ask. He is nice too and helped us in the past, but this really was poor business.
