Hardee's

The crew at this location lacks Customer service. Once they take the order they ignore you. The place is always chaotic wether it's Sunday or Wednesday day or night. Half the time the order is wrong or they refuse to acknowledge you at the counter

When they are fully stocked, this Hardee's is great. Lately they have been out of many things, though, like jelly or biscuits. They have a lot of trouble dealing with the coupons from their own rewards app. That is frustrating. But great biscuits usually so we keep coming!

Needs to filter grease more, the fried foods have a bitter taste. This establishment particularly is very busy, and might require their grease to be cleaned or replaced more often. Also the sausage tastes like chicken liver, not good, years ago it was great, now it's inedible. The door to the woman's bathroom doesn't lock, very scary, and there is black fuzzy mold in the spouts on the soda fountain.

We used an online coupon to get a free monster biscuit. We were charged with both the purchased and the buy one. Instead, we were given one of two butter biscuits free. When we pointed out the problem, the cashier got the manager. She said the machine took off one of something, and she had no control over that. She then "fixed" the problem, resulting in a small overcharge. We mentioned it, but she excused it by saying she took off almost $5. We decided to just accept the overage and left--because we wanted the best biscuits in town.

Did not have coke zero or diet Dr Pepper

Rude employees in a dirty and mildew smelling environment. Mildew fell in my cup from the spout of the dr pepper. It was insanely gross. The fryer grease was gross. Made the food taste bitter.

The drive thru lady was rude, but I went inside to the manager and she handled it very well.
