Food was hot but sloppy

Worst Hardee's around East Tennessee. I ordered the 5 piece chicken combo, substituted curly fries. After ordering I fill my drink and try to get ketchup. I notice the ketchup dispenser is not out where it normally is. I ask the same (very tall/large) woman who took my order for some. Her curt reply was "we're out til our truck comes" and walks away. I said it would have been nice to know that before I ordered fries. Of course she was out of sight by then. I sat and waited 18 minutes til my food arrives watching the other older lady explaining to each table there was no ketchup as she delivers food. And then offering other sauces or substitute for ketchup. My food comes from same large woman who drops it and grabs the number. I ask what else do they have which she grudgingly replied. I then said I wanted a refund on the fries. She then grabs my food and says "you could of told me that before" and storms off. At which point I'd had enough crappy rude treatment. I followed her and told her I wanted a full refund. She slams the food down behind the counter and yells to manager "I need a refund" and then disappeared again. The "Manager" wasn't any better. I asked if I ordered a burger would they just leave off a topping without telling me? She said they have ketchup in the kitchen. I about fell over! So they had ketchup but chose not to serve it to anyone. The manager was rude and just laid my money on the counter and walked away. I had been going to this location for about 2 months at least once a week while working nearby. I will never eat there again. McDonald's food may not be as good but they treat you well.
