Great food for the price

This was probably one of my most horrible drive thru experiences I've ever had. I waited at the window at least 15-20 minutes only to end up with room temperature fries. The burgers were warm. But considering how long I waited, you would think the food would have come straight off the grill and out of the fryer. When the employee gave me my food she sort of shrugged her shoulders, gave a fake smile and said "sorry for your wait". We will definitely use the other locations from now on. If we go back. I was the only one in line for SEVERAL minutes. Just waiting. No one was ever in front of me at any point.

The bun was stale and the meat was not warm. It was about 11:00 a.m.

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a burger and was quite clear that I wanted it plain. After waiting a long time and finally getting my food, I began to drive home only to realize that they had messed up my order. I returned to the restaurant and the front doors were locked. A worker was inside as I knocked and looked up at me and then back down. The restaurant was closed and I didn't get my ordered corrected. Will not be back.
