Burger was cold and tasteless

The place smelled really bad! We ended up leaving earlier than planed because of the smell. My hamburger was cold the cheese was not melted at all. I love culver's. Hoping this was just one bad experience and not the new normal.

They made my burger without anything when I asked for everything. Instead of making a new one they said they couldn't take it back and handed me a tray of condiments. They should at least offer to make a new one. I left very annoyed.
