Red Robin

The service was kind of slow and the food tasted old. The food wasn't very hot and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Usually a great place to eat but this time was very disappointing.

My burger wasn't made correctly, and the waitress wasn't the greatest.

Took the kids for an impromptu lunch. Waited with little ones for a long time to be seated. Finally got seated. Someone finally took drink orders & never brought them. One waitress came to take our orders and was told it wasn't her table. She got upset with the other person & walked away angrily, leaving us there hungry. No one ever came to take our order & the kids were incredibly antsy & late for naps at this point, and we were all starving. I decided to leave & we left unnoticed. No one was the wiser or cared that we had not been served our drinks or helped. So bummed b/c I had been looking forward to it. It is something we don't do often.
