Steak 'n Shake

It was ok could have tasted better and served a little faster

Waitresses need to listen when they take order. Ours for it wrong

First time at this one. Pretty good.

I know exactly what to expect when I go to steak and shake and they did not disappoint

Service was extremely slow.

I was given the wrong food on my way to work. So j called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake. And of course they replaced my meal with the original item I ordered. But since I was at work when I discovered the error, I had to wait four hours to finally eat the food I had ordered at 6:30 P.M.

Only one person working the tables, check out and seating...over 30 mins just to get our orders in

Order was put in wrong twice. Baked beans were cold. No spoons as they were all being washed in a empty restaurant at 5pm from the morning. Floor was so dirty it was sticky and then no one wanted to come let us pay at the register
