I was waiting in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes, I also asked for absolutely plain chili and received chili with cheese in it. I hate cheese and do not eat it, so that upset me quite a bit.

The restaurant floor was filthy. The tables were sticky & covered in crumbs. The ketchup bottle at the table was empty & no one refilled it for us & we had 3 adults & 3 kids who ALL had fries. The women's bathroom was disgusting. Both toilets didn't flush & there was no toilet paper & no paper towels! The amount of food given for the prices they charged was little. For those prices we'd have gotten better food & cleaner environment going to Dennys or Freddys Steak Burgers or Spangels - all of which are within a block of Steak & Shake. The ONLY good thing I have to say about that visit was that our waitress was nice. This was my first time going there & it will most certainly be my last.

Absolute worst food ever. it was cold and disgusting. our waitress came by every minute and bothered us. will not return again.
