Didn't win.... So that distorts my visit

The seafood buffet was with crab legs was great. The service was also great. It would be nice if they would step up the rest of the buffet to match the quality of the crab legs. To be honest the rest of the buffet is horrible. I wouldn't eat anything but crab legs there. I tried the Chinese part it was not good. I tried the desserts, they are NOT quality. If they every stop serving crab legs I won't go back. As far a floor action, I'm not sure what's going on but I've been going here for over 15 years and I've never seen the action this sad. You rarely see jackpots anymore. I'm starting to look at other casinos to play. Horseshoe used to be a leader in casinos, they are sadly and quickly sliding down the scale.

Bathrooms were nasty. Diamond lounge was great drinks are always great there. Total rewards staff were a little unfriendly and slow. Machines were locked down and we weren't able to play long. Not a very good experience unfortunately.

The bathrooms were dirty, I tried to get a drink but either the machines weren't ordering or the waitresses just didn't care not sure. The slot machines are locked down tight 400 lost in less than 2 hours. Couldn't get my casino host to return my text for a comp. just sucked all the way around... Go somewhere else. This place sucks.
