Steak 'n Shake

Fries were stale, asked for cheese for my chili 3 times and never got it. Sliders were mostly bun. Very little meat or sauce. No refills.

Got the wrong order :-/ but the fries were good!

Our food was wrong our drinks were wrong and we had 6 people eating full meals with fries and had to ask for ketchup we got 4 packs

Very poor service

Waited in line for well over 15 mins before we made it to the drive thru speaker, after reaching the speaker we waited for probably four mins until someone acknowledge we were there, and then told us to hold, we waited another three to four mins. Only to be told they didn't have the White Chocolate milk shakes we came after! We ended up getting soft drinks and costed almost $10.

The server must have forgot that I ordered a shake. We waited nearly 10 minutes in the drive thru after receiving our food before I finally received my shake. Upon delivering it, the server didn't apologize or say anything to me.

Slow service, cold inside, baby's food was burnt

We wanted white hot chocolate Shakes, but they had a recall so all we got was drinks.
