Steak 'n Shake

Very good but packed

Garlic burger was the best ever!!!!!! Salted Carmel pretzel milkshake was the bomb?!!!!!

Shake was ok

we were never greeted at the door to be seated

Waitress brought wrong milkshake. Didn't refill water. Told us we would get happy hour deal and it was an issue when we checked out. Asked for separate checked and we didn't get them. The list goes on

Very slow, waited 10 minutes for just a milk shake

we are a family of 7, so going out to dinner doesn't happen a lot. we went to steak n shake with 5 hungry kids, and ended up leaving. it was busy, which is fine. we were willing to wait if needed. but the staff never even acknowledged that we were there.I wasn't even able to give my name to be put on the list. there were at least 2 other parties who were there before us who weren't acknowledged either. very unfriendly employees and inefficient. we left without as much as a hello.

TERRIBLE service!!! It took a long time to get seated. They gave my food to the wrong table, then I had to wait while the other people at my table got their food. The person they gave my food to was a child, so they tried giving me the child size portion of my order. We asked for a to-go cup for a milkshake, but they never brought it.

Rude and the food was cold.
