Waiter was very nice but wasn't focused. I had to wait several times for items I asked for just to eat my food.

Unfortunately someone asked me to bring Steak 'n Shake to them. I don't eat there because the smell is totally disgusting.

Drive thru took too long so we decided to leave. I expected it but was still a little disappointed.

Each time we go they don't give us the correct order and we have to wait for a long time to get it right and we ALWAYS get attitude because they messed up. We will not go back there again.
