I think they should warn you when you order there will be a wait on an item not after you pay. Also, if you wait 7 minutes for chicken strips, the other food could be made time appropriately so everything is hot.

Slow service. Waitress was not readily available. I tried to get her attention to tell her that I didn't get the lettuce and tomato I had requested with my burger but could not get her. Two children we were with did not get their shakes that were ordered at the beginning until after everyone was finished eating.

Slow at first but picked up. Friendly workers and great food

My friend didn't like her shake so they made her another. The wait for shakes and drink refills was very long.

If using the drive thru, always takes a while to get food

Our server asked me if my coleslaw looked nasty when she brought it to the table. I also waited 20 minutes toward the end of my visit for a shake.
