Terrible service!! Always!

The staff was unprofessional and never came back to give us our check... Just disappeared

Service is always so slow

Employee told me something didn't exist when it was clearly still on the menu.

horrible service, cold food and a staff that does not care.

my table was very dirty. I was given for different condiment bottles and all four were clogged with dry ketchup or mustard. My son ordered a mini steak burger platter and one of his steak burgers did not have a patty on it. I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry milkshake and all it was was about two inches of chocolate syrup on the bottom of the cup covered in strawberry milkshake. My waitress was very nice and the manager was very understanding. But even after speaking to both of them I saw neither of them knew anything about the tables or the condiment bottles. I love Steak N Shake but I will never visit this location again.

Very very very slow

We came in and waited to be seated. It wasn't crowded at all. Nobody greeted is it even asked us to hold on a few minutes. We were basically ignored. We waited about 5-7 minutes and finally left to go eat At Chick fil a.

Horrible

Extremely long wait for food, over an hour. Seemed to be catering to drive thru. Spoke with manager but no resolution. Tables were just leaving without getting food. Horrible, horrible service.
