Good food at good prices. Service at Hiram location is sometimes slow and unorganized.

Floors are always so dirty. They were discussing today. We ordered a Oreos and cream shake and got a Reece's pb shake.

I did not order. I waited in line for 10-12 minutes and still not get to the speaker.

Very slow service and food was cold

They were very backed up. A friend and I waited an hour for 2 shakes and we still left a tip on the table and when we got to the counter to pay the manager had an attitude because no tip was left on the card.

We waited for a very long time for our food to arrive and when we did it was cold after speaking with the manager whom was very rude to me and son we left not ever wanting to go back
