Steak 'n Shake

Service not as fast as I would like, but food was reasonably priced and service friendly.

Went through the drive-thru line. I don't like when the order board is not used so there is no way of confirming order. Employee did not repeat order either, frustrating. Besides that, great food. Yum!

Even tho the service is usually slow it hard to deny the quality of the food.

Service varies quite a bit but always a good burger.

Usually food and service is spot on, food was cold when it was served and I asked for no onions on my burger and it seemed like extra onions was placed on it

We had quit going here to eat bc of the lack of good service so we were trying it out again. We noticed a few changes, but we were satisfied.

Food was great. Service was a little slow, they were very busy for a late night shift, but staff was very friendly and helpful.
