Drive through time needs improvement!!!!

The steak n' Shake at the mall of Georgia happened to be good tonight, but normally service is slow and the food isn't that great. We just got lucky with our waiter this visit. My friends and I normally go to steak n' Shake when we do because it's one of the few places open as late as we hang out. I've been to this steak n' Shake during daytime hours a couple times before and it's great. It just needs more stable night shift employees.

Great service and food!

Extremely slow service due to not enough staff but our server dos his best to keep up and keep us informed. Friendly guy and apologetic. But they need more staffing

Bother was delicious as always but the salad was a bit brown and wilted. Overall I still love steak and shake

cheap price for great food
