Steak 'n Shake

This location is is not very clean and rude people. Food was wrong and not hot

We had a waitress that was extremely rude to and the other staff members

Walked in and there was a huge line of people waiting to be sat. Didn't seem like anybody was getting sat, so we decided to go elsewhere. Seems like there is always dirty tables just sitting there and nobody to clean them. No bus service in the restaurant?

Waiter was very noisy trying to be a part of our conversation

The only good thing was my milk shake! Our server was a total creep and was extremely fake with his "niceness". Our food was not up to par by any means... We received a sad helping of French fries and my patty melt was not even worth eating! And I LOVE patty melts! On top of that, we ate during happy hour, and our server refused to give us the shakes at half priced like advertised! That was the main reason we decided to eat there! I DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK!

Good food as usual. Terrible service as usual!

Chicken fingers were not indicated that they are spicy but they were. Not acceptable
