slow service and seating but they were very busy

I stopped by steak and shake on my way to work this morning I was supposed to be at work by 7 AM and I pulled into steak and shake and gave my order at 6:31 because my phone rang at exactly 630 when I told her to hold I was finishing my order at 6:49 I gave up and drove off without my order I said at the window and watched one-man play with the cell phone another man walk-through made I contact with me and kept walking and no one came to the window no I didn't knowledge me nothing my whole order was a large drink and that was it and they couldn't get my drink highly upset over this I called the store back and they explained to me that he was busy with orders from the dining room he still could've walked to the window and told me that he was busy at this moment he hadn't forgotten me that he would have been better than just completely ignoring me and let me see him mess with a self I am I will not be going back to the location on North Glenstone ever!?
