Good food shakes and service

Good food fast. I ordered a sweet tea to go and it was gross. It tasted old and I was so mad. Clearly, I couldn't ask for another since we had already left the restaurant.

The waitress was rude and messed up our check multiple times

Food took forever and I was missing items

I use to like eating at Steak 'n Shake, but the past couple times at a couple different locations, the order was wrong,which was fixed. The baked beans on this visit was more like bean soup, so I asked if it can be taken off my bill because I didn't eat it and it was. Also a few times now there seems to ways be some sort of fuzz in my sandwhich... Disgusting. The staff is always nice, never a problem there, just seems like the food is going downhill or severely lacking. Sadly,After my last visit, I don't want to come back to Steak 'n Shake anymore.

I wasn't pleased by this particular visit. My order was wrong and burger not fresh. Normally I don't have that problem.

Took us almost 30 minutes to get our food CRAZY OMG

Very good food. Only thing that was fast was getting us to our seats.
