Steak 'n Shake

it took forever to get a table. there were 3 servers standing around talking instead of cleaning tables. nobody was cashing people out, so that line was backing up into the waiting line. instead of helping each other out, the servers were complaining about how busy they were. food sat in the window and got cold, and shakes sat and got warm. there was no manager helping out, and not a single smile from a single server

It was Black Friday and they were extremely busy but i felt like I had to wait way too long for my chili cheese fries and they lacked the cheese and were bland

The girl stated the the shake machine was down.

French fries were old and cold. Waitress wasn't very good. When I paid the worker checking me out wasn't very friendly.

Horrible service
