Steak 'n Shake

VERY SLOW SERVICE,30 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU. OREO ICE CREAM SANDWICH, THAWED.

The burgers were burnt and the fries were cold. There was a bit of a wait too.

Waited for 5 minutes to out my order in, at the drive through. A huge line began to form. Then had to wait even longer at the window. The employees were quick to have me paid but it seemed as if they forgot there was customer at the drive through. I waited 10 minutes until someone came back and asked what I was waiting on, I replied "the food that I ordered and paid for." Then I had to wait longer. While this was going on other cars that were waiting behind me Began to honk and yell curse words at me. I didn't feel safe and I feel like steak and shake out me in a compromising position. 20 minutes total for a drive through order, which consisted of 3 double cheese burgers and fries and a kids meal. Not a complicated order.

It was very dirty and I didn't feel like there was an manager around because the workers just kept sitting down at booths and talking with friends.

Slow and bad milkshake not as I remembered it
