Steak 'n Shake

Feel bad for the couple that got seated and never acknowledged again. They left after sitting there for 10 mins. We would have too, but we had already put our food order in

This place is a mess. Slow, unattentive, signs worn out. Apathetic staff. Have had several bad experiences at this location.

Not the best food we have every eaten.

I went to steak n shake to get a malt. they were so worried about how quick they could serve me that I didn't get a malt, just a regular shake. they gave me a Dr pepper that had no syrup in it and tasted like carbonates water and their cajun fries were unevenly seasoned.

we went inside to get seated and it took forever then once we were seated we never got a waiter so we left and went thru the drive thru and it still took a long time

IT WAS NASTY!!!!

Grilled cheese was horrible-they put 2 sliced of toast and just put the cheese in middle without heating it on grill.

Worst steak and shake experience I've ever had. However they did discount our bill. The service was terrible, friendly but slow and inattentive.
