Staff messed up orders twice. Weren't very friendly. We still ended up leaving with less than we ordered because we were fed up with the staff.

This was a pretty bad visit for Steak n Shake. The waiters ignored our existence for 15 minutes and got our order wrong. Once they figured out there mistake, they have us our meal for free, which in my opinion completely made up for the lack of service.
