Steak 'n Shake

Fries were cold, milkshake cup was half full and extremely slow with getting food

Slow service and took forever to get the bill. Others around us said the same thing and acted like his is the standard procedure here.

Ok place to eat

This restaurant is poorly managed. There is never enough staff to greet and seat guests. Therefore the servers have to do everything. I feel sorry for them, it isn't their fault they can't do 30 things at once. The food is good but the experience is always very trying. I prefer to eat somewhere else rather than add to the chaos.

They ran out of chili, fries were cold, burger was not up to normal standards, restraint was seriously understaffed

Excellent food quality for the very low price that you pay. My milkshake was awesome. Service was slow due to them being at maximum capacity and a full drive thru but well worth the wait! The server was polite and respectful

Good food, friendly service but so so slow and unprofessional.

Employess were too busy playing and didnt care if i wanted to order food or not

Food was all wrong and didn't notice until we already got home. Very upsetting
