Steak 'n Shake

this is not a drive thru kind of place. i will be sure to go in next time. great food and shakes

No healthy food

My caramel apple shake had bananas in it and my grilled cheese was not melted.

Speed of service was horrific. I waited forever at the entrance and didn't get greeted. Same with paying before leaving. I really wanted to walk out and not come back multiple times. The waitress was nice though

unfriendly staff and fithly store. bathrooms stink and the service was horrible. it was the most fithly and disgusting place I've ever eaten!

It was not very crowded but yet I sat in line for about 20 minutes!! They were very slow in drive thru and then when I finally got up to the window he was not very friendly not offered any apologies at all

One waitress was working the whole place. I guess it was the manager sitting around talking to the cook at the bar stools while I was waiting to be rang up. She should have got up and helped bus tables or work on getting food out

Sweet tea tasted like burnt sugar water, fries were hard and cold and our silverware was really dirty.

Our server was not very organized. We had to ask for silverware. The shake didn't come until we were nearly finished eating. My husband requested his salad come before his burger - that did not happen - the salad came out with the burger & fries.

Salad was not made the same way as previous visits.
