Service was so kind and friendly. It took a while to receive our order, but the wait was understandable considering the busyness of the store. The food was perfect!

I have been to many In & Out Burgers in Las Vegas and California. It is Family Tradition that started with my grand parents. We continued this tradition with my Family because of the fresh ingredients and fast service and consistency in service at every location. However this visit we were far from impressed. First the girl taking our order at the drive thru said no problem 9 times after every item was ordered. I work in a 5 star 5 diamond hotel in Las Vegas and that would never be okay to use that type of verbiage, ever. Second I go to In & Out because I order the Grill Cheese because I have Type 1 Diabetes and I watch my meat intake. My and My Wife's Bun was dry and hard and my grill cheese was made w/ no lettuce or tomatoes. Very dissapointed.
