A bit slow but good time.

The kids love it. But they serve the food too fast. I'd like to finish my apps before I get served my food.

Quick service.

The food was excellent. The service by our waitress was poor after she took our order. She stopped by the table 2 times during our visit. One when we finished our appetizer and the other quite a bit later after the manager made his rounds and had our ketchup refilled. The last time was after we were paying. 1 drink was refilled early but she never came by to see if anyone wanted more bottomless fries or for drink refills.

Paying with gift cards should not be allowed with the machine in the table because it doesn't allow tip however it asked for the amount I wanted to rip so I thought I tipped. I was glad I asked the server for a paper receipt ( machine had no paper) had I not noticed then she wouldn't have gotten a tip. This is simply not right, I'm sure this has happened and people never realized and then the server list out.

Usually love red robin but this time was disappointing. Sat in the bar to watch football which was only on 1 of the 5 tvs and hard to see. Bartender was the waitress and she was completely swamped with restaurant drinks that she took 20 minutes to come bring our drinks. Ordered onion rings using kiosk saw them sitting threre with another huge pile of food and runners wee short so they were colder once we got them finally. French fries were ice cold and soggy when we got them. Tasted as if they had sat there all day. Manager got us fresh fries.

Service sucked and food wasn't that great. go to five guys instead.
