Nice celebration for my son's birthday.

I usually order a burger at red robin and always love the food, this time I went with a chicken wrap and didn't like it at all - the chicken had a few slimy grizzly pieces and there was wayyy too much sauce. My daughter enjoyed her kids meal and I will definite return but get a burger for sure!

A bit slow but good time.

The kids love it. But they serve the food too fast. I'd like to finish my apps before I get served my food.

Desserts were so so

The food was excellent. The service by our waitress was poor after she took our order. She stopped by the table 2 times during our visit. One when we finished our appetizer and the other quite a bit later after the manager made his rounds and had our ketchup refilled. The last time was after we were paying. 1 drink was refilled early but she never came by to see if anyone wanted more bottomless fries or for drink refills.

Paying with gift cards should not be allowed with the machine in the table because it doesn't allow tip however it asked for the amount I wanted to rip so I thought I tipped. I was glad I asked the server for a paper receipt ( machine had no paper) had I not noticed then she wouldn't have gotten a tip. This is simply not right, I'm sure this has happened and people never realized and then the server list out.
