The hostess was very friendly. I was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes and it wasn't even 5. The waitress came by right away to get drinks but when we asked for another minute to order it took her at least 10 minutes to come back. Our food came quickly after ordering. I was given the wrong sauce and my veggie burger was slightly undercooked. It took a long time to get the sauce i had requested. I asked for more fries shortly after as I was given only 6. And the waitress never put the refill order in. I had to ask a second time. This time they came out quickly (within 5 minutes). We were never asked if we wanted dessert which we would have but since everything seemed to be a burden for our waitress we decided against it. This is one of my favorite places to go so I will definitely go back but was disappointed in the service.

Our waitress was new so service was a little slow but they were busy. She was very friendly and was happy to make sure we were happy. We were checked on a few times by a different server (which we've had in the past) to make sure we were okay and see if we were happy with our server. The food was really good (as usual).

We went because of the red royalty card deal for a free dessert with a $10 purchase. Things kept being forgotten while we were there. I didn't get the sauce I ordered and my friend didn't get her pop. Then our refill fries took a really long time. The food was good though. The waitress was around but not as frequently as you would expect (she was also working at the bar). It seems every time we sit in this booth we get service that is lacking. It seems like it us too much work for the waitress to wait on tables and work at the bar.

We were promptly greeted and seated. It didn't take long to get our drink order in. When we ordered our food we requested fries while we waited. These took a long time and they tasted as if they were bad potatoes or cooked with something bad. The fries we got with our food tasted fine. We asked for additional salads and we saw them sitting ready to be brought out for at least 5 minutes. The waiter stopped by and said they would be up soon and it took another 5 minutes longer for them to bring them out. The waiter asked if we were ready for the check and we said yes, but he proceeded to take another 10-15 minutes to bring it to us. He only had one other table and we could see and hear the employees just talking instead of taking care of their tables. Over all it was quite disappointing.

The waiter was friendly but often disappeared when we needed something. For the most part the food was good. Some of the French fries weren't fresh so they were cold. We went with my friend to celebrate her birthday. That is one thing I love about red robin. Their birthday program is one of the best ones. I was quite disappointed in this visit though.

They were out of the onion ring towers which is the only appetizer we get there. We were trying to celebrate two birthdays. I wish the hostess would of told us before she sat us down or before we ordered alcoholic beverages and felt like we could no longer leave to go to a different location. Our server also kept taking a really long time. Overall not a good experience. The burgers aren't normally so greasy either to the point where they're sliding off the bun and you can't eat them and the bun is just soaked.
