Steak 'n Shake

Well to start off there was unruly people In there. The waitress smelled like smoke, you don't carry tobasco, no one checked on us except to see if we (although it wasn't us had hair in our food) overall I felt like stake and shake has lowerd prices to attract wrong crowd, wrong wait staff and wrong quality of service

As usual i had to wait for my order to be prepared. When my food was brought out to me i was missing an order of chicken tenders, which is the reason i was waiting! I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the chicken tenders. The person at the drive-thru did not apologize for the mistake or inconvenience.

I ordered through the drive-thru. As usual i was parked to wait for my order. As usual when my order was brought out to me something was missing. This is extremely annoying. First, to wait for food then when its brought out to you an item is missing, then you have to wait again for it to be corrected.
