Steak 'n Shake

It was my sons 17th birthday and we had a group of about 15 people. I couldn't have asked for more our waitress and the manager were so helpful!!!

They have very good milkshakes

The drive thru attendant's headset was not working and we had to place our order multiple times.

This location is very slow at the drive thru. We sat 5 minutes at the speaker with no one even acknowledging we were there. We had to move the truck up, look in the restaurant window and then back up again to be spoken to. It was if they had no idea we were sitting there. They then made no mention of the delay. If not for the fact that my family enjoys the food. I would stop going due to the extremely long wait times. (I waited over a half hour on the line previously, as once you are on the line you are unable to leave it due to the design of the area.). Thank you.

Every time I go to the Steak 'n Shake in Clermont they are always incredibly slow! I swear I waited in line for about 30 minutes. Fortunately I was in good company and we were chatting the entire time so it wasn't so bad. The wait time is horrible at this place!

The did was good. Service was good. However, a person I was with ordered a shake to go, and they must have forgotten to make it. This made us late to work.

Drive-thru in Clermont, FL is always long hence a long wait.

Finally a great location to visit! My order came so fast when it usually takes an hour for food. It was awesome!

Extremely long line and took so long to get my food!!!
