The fries are not that great

very busy very fast

This was the first time I had been here, we found out after we ordered that there was a secret menu to satisfy the vegetarians in the group. They were quick for how busy they were and the fries were amazing

Good food, line was so slow. In the drive thru line for 25 minutes.

Lines were very long

Lunch stop. Supposed to be quick and easy but it was a long wait.

The food was great and it's always a great value, however I left feeling a little ill

I love in and out burger and we are on vacation so it was fun to visit this eatery. My husband decided to go and my boys loved it! It did take about 15-20 minutes to get our dinner but it was busy so the wait was to be expected. The value for the cost is great. Also, my husband is HIGHLY allergic to onions. We appreciate that in and out is careful about this with the allergy notification and the staff changing their gloves before making our food. That's actually THE main reasons we went there versus eating dinner somewhere else. We didn't want him to risk getting onions and ruining days of our vacation. Thank you in and out for being careful and taking allergy notifications seriously. :)
