Appetizers came out after our main meal.

I received the wrong order.

Waitress was horrible, food was mediocre

The food was cold for most of us. The cheese for the pretzels was bad. It was lumpy and grainy. When we told the server we just got another batch of the same. The burgers were cold, and we had a chicken dish that was so cold it seemed like it had been make hours before

Waitress sucked

Fries were hard and cold had to send back and fish was bland

Horrible!!! Ordered a burger, kids grilled cheese, and clam chowder. It took 45 mins!! for the sandwich and soup to arrive, but no burger. The girl who brought the food out (not our waitress) said there was no burger with our order and she would check with the waitress. Meanwhile, the table next to us were complaining to said waitress because she did not give them a menu. I waited--uncomfortable to eat my food while my mother waited for her burger. 10 mins later the burger arrived, the waitress did not apologize or offer an explanation, I told her I could not believe the wait. She said she would grab a manager. After my mother and son ate and I finished my now cold soup (gross), the manager arrived. He said, hi do you have a problem? I said, yes we did, about 10 mins ago He apologized and said A DIFFERENT waitress just told him about the problem and that our waitress told him nevermind the problem was resolved. He was told the issue was with our drinks. Also, your women's bathroom looked like mischief night--toilet paper thrown everywhere and puddles of water. My high school girls bathroom was cleaned. Sick, I'm never eating here again.
