My visit to Steak 'n Shake was great! They were so nice and friendly. I ordered a cheese burger at 7:30am and they happily made it! It tasted great and the fries were fresh!

The guy with locks in his hair was extremely pleasant and polite. He even made sure I had FRESH & HOT French fries before giving me my order. Great customer service! I wish everywhere had that kind of service.
