Steak 'n Shake

First of all I want to say that I love steak and shake! This time I did this at the different location this was the location. This location was on Glenstone actually South Glenstone, and they had a problem getting my order correct through the drive-through speaker when I got up there I had paid for three fries and only received two so they had to run and get another fry. The whole time they did this I assume someone did not show up for work because they were having a conversation about how if you don't show up for work you do not have a job! The lady running the drive-through seemed very stressed so I feel like they were shorthanded but they were very friendly and I took care the problem fast so I have no problem?

steak and shake is amazing! my kids and husband love it! I feel like they're the best burger joint in town. i'll come here for any occasion.

Food was great. Service was good. Outside of building needs cleaned!

Some locations are better than others, we don't usually go to the restaurant on Glenstone, but the one on battlefield was not open late. Food was good, service wasn't great, but the birthday cake shake was delicious.

Slow service...food wasn't that great

The service here is always a long wait for food.
