Like the food

Food was good and the waitress was nice but the food and shakes took awhile to get to the table. Two milkshakes were not done correctly and they did a half hearted attempt to fix one of them and had to remake again. I was presented with a messy, drippy cup. This happens at this location approx every third visit for my family.

They were quick to take my order and they were very attentive. We left with our food and realized down the road that I received someone else's order. I was not able to go back due to an appt but returned 2 hours later with an uneaten sandwich and asked for a refund. The manager gave the refund and apologized.

Overpriced shakes, slow service, terrible fries

My burger was overdone and the fries were so old they were rubbery. On the other hand, my mother ordered the fries chicken and said it was cooked well. I won't be back, she might.

The staff here at this Steak-n-Shake was extremely rude the entire visit I was there, wasn't even fully paying attention to my order. The drinks tasted disgusting--I'm highly disappointed with the service I was given here, and it isn't the first time. I will not return to Steak-n-Shake again

There food makes me sick and there drive thru is slower than my grandma

We were seated immediately, but it took 10 minutes for someone to come to our table to get our drink orders. The food was awesome! When I went to the counter to pay, the employees and manager looked back at me multiple times, but I stood there for about 7 minutes before anyone would help me. I'm going to contact the corporate office about the experience.
