It was ok. The wall behind the hostess stand probably should be taken down. It takes entirely too long to be seated because nobody is standing up front and it's obvious nobody pays close attention to the front and when people are there. Otherwise it wouldn't have taken 5 minutes to be seated when we were the only people waiting up front and maybe 5 or 6 tables being used in the entire restaurant.

Got the new burger with arugula and ciabatta bread (b and g burger, something like that?). It was NASTY. Overly sour and my whole sandwich was sitting an a puddle of oil. Overly sour roasted tomatoes combined with the high acidity of the dressing and oil soaked bread was very unpleasant. Burger itself however was cooked to the perfect temperature and was good. I showed the server the oil and how it had completely soaked through the bottom bun. She knowingly smiled and brought me an extra half bun to replace the oily bread, but made no apology or offer to get me anything else. The manager made 0 contact. I feel bad for her. It was almost as if she knew it was a sub-par product/presentation but felt powerless to fix the situation. We also tried to pay with the new table side tablets. While fancy and entertaining, it bugged on us several times, and ended up canceling her tip. As a former food service worker, we absolutely did not want to leave her with no tip, so after several trips back and forth (taking our card with her each time) she informed us that her manager would have to run up a water as a separate ticket in order for us to give her her tip (25% by the way, not her fault). STILL no manager. I love red robin and always have; loyal red royalty member and everything, but I will never be ordering that dish again, or probably anything on the newly advertised menu. Oldies are goodies
