Steak 'n Shake

we waited in drive thru for 30 minutes and hadn't even reached the order board. we left

This is the second time we have gotten our food under cooked. It was still cold and pink.

Burger was not prepared the way I ordered. The wrapper inside next to the burger had ketchup and mustard on it. It was 2:30 in the morning so it's not like they were busy---didn't notice until I got back to work.

Bad service never got refills or the desert we ordered

This was absolutely the worse Steak n Shake experience that I have ever had. The staff was rude the service was slow the fries tasted absolutely terrible the burgers were tiny and since the food was such a disappointment we felt we paid too much.
