Great atmosphere. Our waitress was great on being friendly but during the beginning, we asked for the tv to be on because we specifically asked to sit next to a tv to watch the game. We had to ask 4 times before she finally asked her manager to turn on the tv. Not to be picky but the hostess knew from the beginning our request for the tv to be on and it just wasn't happening.

Usually a positive happy experience. Today, waiter could care less about us or our visit. Hope this does not become the norm at this place.

Such an awful experience. My boyfriend and I and a different party waited around 5 mins in the "lobby" waiting to get seat because no one was at the "front desk " after the bartender saw us and sat us down at a table. The restaurant was freezing. The food was awful and we love there hamburgers. Their fries tasted like old oil. And the waiter took forever to refill our drinks and she waited until we were completely done with our Fries to ask if we wanted more fries. The restaurant was not busy. There's no excuse. Never going again.

We had a family meeting so there was 10 in our party and it was important but the waitress hardly to came to check on us yes it was an important meeting but don't forget you still have to do your job and attend to your customers

It took 49 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered to the time it finally arrived. Once our food arrived my daughter's food was still missing. It took another 20 minutes for her food to arrive. There was never an explanation by the waitress or the manager as to why it took so long. we were not given any sort of apologies for the issue. very frustrating!
