Too cold !!!!! AC was too high Was told they would lower it but didn't

My food was good, my husband's was ugh and our kid's food was just ok. I kept on telling my husband to request something else but he didn't want to.

We asked a server if possible for the AC to be turned up a little and he told us he would do just that for us we said thank you and waited 5,10.15minutes and nothing finally asked again and they told us that on our side were we were seated AC couldn't be adjusted we were upset that server who told us he could couldn't even come back to let us know :/ so we got up paid our tab and left Felt like maybe we weren't important enough didn't even order our food

Higher prices and smaller portions. No coloring menus for kids which means kids are board waiting for food. Which took forever. I hate the new remodel. Use to be fair priced food for good size portions. Not anymore.

The food took forever and the credit card system was down so everyone was in a frenzy.
